Due to expansion and growth Kindertons are now recruiting for Repair Network Administrators to work in our vibrant offices based in Crewe.

We are looking for outgoing individuals to manage the Repair element of the claims process providing a support function that allows the claims team to focus on the customer experience.

You will be the point of data exchange between our customers and our repairers.

You should have a polite and confident telephone manner, have strong administration skills, a good eye for detail and accurate data entry.

Ours is a fast paced, busy workplace therefore you will need to think on your feet, multitask, be able to prioritise your own workload, have the ability to liaise at all levels both internally and externally and be positively responsive to a KPI driven environment.

The rewards:

Starting salary £16,250 with an increase of £250 per annum when you pass your probation.

The opportunity to work your way through the Levels with a clear progression plan that could see you earning up to £18,500 after 18 months in the business in addition to a monthly KPI incentive scheme of up to £280 a month.

Monday – Friday 38.75 hours between 8.30am and 6pm working one Saturday per month (as paid overtime).

Holidays are 20 days pro rata with an extra day for every full year service up to 25 days + bank holidays.
