The position is offered on a permanent basis operating out of our headquarters in Sale, Manchester.
This opportunity is for an ambitious, forward thinking individual to join our Compliance department and will be reporting directly to our Head of Compliance. 
The One Advice Group provides a range of legal and personal insolvency services for customers nationwide. The Group incorporates a number of brands including Harrington Brooks and OpenDoor.
As one of the UK’s leading debt solution providers, we currently help over 50,000 customers manage their debts through solutions such as Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), Debt Management Plans (DMPs), Bankruptcy and alternative debt solutions.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an Analyst to further develop their experience and career in a fast growing financial solutions company. 
The core primary purposes for the role are as follows;
- To strengthen the oversight of outsource relationships to meet regulatory standards.
- To evidence controls are working and are effective within the One Advice Group.
- Create and analyse management information to identify and investigate potential areas of weakness within the 1st line controls within One Advice Group.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of business and data analysis tools and techniques. They will have a track record of proactively working with business areas to constructively challenge and enhance business controls. Strong working knowledge of the FCA handbooks and in particular systems and controls and CONC. Comprehensive knowledge of operational risk theory and management. Finally strong knowledge of outsourcing procedures including risk assessment, measurement and reporting.
