As a dynamic and innovative company offering exciting opportunities for progression, they are seeking to appoint a quality individual able to work with their high profile clients on a variety of construction projects.

We at Coyle Personnel are currently looking to recruit an experienced CDM Consultant to join their team working on a large number of contracts in a variety of sectors including retail, social housing, entertainment, commercial developments and property maintenance.

The successful candidate will be home based and willing to travel predominantly around London and the South East of the country. The role will require periodic visits to the Head Office in York. All travel costs and accommodation will be provided.

Applicants must possess as a minimum qualification the NEBOSH Construction Certificate and have at least 3 years experience in construction health and safety and holding a commensurate level of IOSH and APS membership. Applicants should also hold a recognised Fire Safety Qualification such as NEBOSH Fire Certificate and experience in conducting fire risk assessments. Excellent communication skills are essential with a good working knowledge of legislation and practical application on site. A sound understanding of asbestos surveying and management would also be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate initiative and motivation to work both independently and as part of a wider team, working with Clients, Principal Designers and Principal Contractors in a CDM advisor/support capacity assisting them in discharging their duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
