Currently working for an expanding SME that is looking for a key person to join their team in Henley. The role is based within a design environment and would suit someone who enjoys creative processes.

This role is pivotal in the growth of the company as they are keen to grow and are experiencing a particularly busy period and expect this to continue. The role entails the following:

* Dealing with all in-house administrative processes.

* Project managing all processes from estimates, payments, stock deliveries, orders, returns and generally overseeing all processes.

* Entering all orders onto the system.

* Lots of phone work involved to ensure suppliers etc are all adhering to strict deadlines - having the balance here of being approachable but assertive.

* Enjoys working as part of a close knit team.

* Liaising with a part-time bookkeeper and ensuring that all processes and invoices, etc run smoothly.

* Responsible for stock ordering - ensure everything is priced correctly, all credits issued correctly and all returns handled appropriately.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential for the right person to have the right mindset. This is a growing SME and they want someone to join them who wants to be part of this success. You will have ideally worked within an environment where you have had to manage administrative processes and be a very "hands on" person.
