Our client is looking for a Venue Coordinator. This means working with existing clients and looking after all their needs. You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, bookings, information etc. You will enjoy building relationships over the phone and have the ability to read between the lines and foresee issues before they arise. A large part of the role will involve spotting new opportunities and selling to them. The ideal candidate will have to be super organised and be very detail orientated.

The role also involves some client meetings and rapport building face to face. These are all existing clients that need nurturing and the relationship being built upon at all times. It would also suit someone that enjoys upselling too as there will be opportunities within existing clients and you need to be someone who can maximise on these opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong Account Management skills, great organisational skills, as well as excellent relationship building ability.
