Our client are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals, who want to learn about their business and grow an exciting career.

Responsible for building and monitoring new products, always ensuring that it keeps within the KPI, of margin per passenger that is set each month.
Present exciting new products to the product manager for review. Work directly with the cruise lines negotiating new rates for cruises. Look for new ideas to increase margin. Ensure the building of the products on the relevant spreadsheet is accurate for sales. Work closely with the marketing department to ensure all products on the website are relevant and we are offering our best products.

Typical activities –
• Building new products obtaining flight / cruise / hotel prices and building the package within KPI of margin and within company guidelines to ensure a smooth customer journey throughout
• Ensuring you are up to date and on top of all relevant new products sent from the cruise lines, and aware of your competitors and what is “new in the market”
• Present new products to the team.
• Liaise with sales staff and the management team to ensure they are aware of new messages, current product focuses and up and coming “new products” and any training has been delivered
• Liaising with Analytics and your line manager to ensure all products on sale are achieving KPI
• Yielding & maintaining of products currently on sale to maximise on margin

• Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
• Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
• Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
• International travel when required.
• Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email.
• Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations.
• Must have experience of building travel packages
