Primecare health care services are a leading provider of healthcare services across the UK, working closely with NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups and other Public and private sector organisations to provide people with access to scheduled and unscheduled healthcare services they need, when they need them.
An position has arisen in Primecare for a 111 Team Leader role which will be based from our Chelmsford office.  The position will be 37.5 hours per week working 4 on and 4 off shifts from 8am to 4pm and 4pm to 12am.

Reporting to the 111 Operations Manager, the 111 Team Leader is responsible for the day to day performance of a 111 call centre. Managing 111 staff to deliver the required performance and achieve agreed service levels. The job holder should ensure that the service provided to patients is of the highest standard and promotes safety and confidence in the clinical care to be provided.

The Ideal Candidate will have a Minimum of 2 years` experience working in a team leader role and experience of working in a healthcare environment.
