About Our Client

My client is a leading and expanding motor insurance group who are renowned for their staff reward and recognition, and are ranked highly in The Times Top 30 Big Companies to work for. They are currently recruiting for an Insurance Product Support Analyst to join their expanding team in the Sevenoaks area. 

The Role

The successful candidatewill be focusing on conducting root cause analysis on business received by electronic data transfer.  You will also be responsible for ensuring any required fixes are implemented to improve the automatic loading of transactions.

The day to day would include the following:

- Conduct root cause analysis of all electronically received messages that have failed to load automatically
- Liaise with internal and external parties to arrange fixes for any data transfer issues or errors
- Conduct daily trend analysis of electronic data to ensure there is no missing data
- Identify and resolve business user issues on internal systems to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently on a day to day basis
- Meet performance targets to deliver against agreed objectives, KPI`s and service levels
- Develop and maintain required test plans / scripts and execute in appropriate test environments
- Produce project status reports / matrices to demonstrate progress on performance targets within agreed timescales
- Provide operational support to all relevant business area on EDI related issues
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and business partners
- Proactively manage personal training and development requirements

The ideal candidate

Will ideally have 1-2 years' experience in an analytical role in any industry or some form of analysing data and finding problems and resolving them.

Competitive base salary of £19,000 - £24,000 depending on experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package.
