Amour Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the most successful and leading suppliers of Mobile Computing and Point of Sale hardware around the globe.

They are expanding and have 2 opportunities for money hungry, sales driven individuals to join their successful and professional Business Development Team based in Avonmouth, Bristol as Account Managers.

The Account Managers are clients’ first point of contact.
As such, candidates will need to be capable of building the kind of relationships with clients that will enable them to understand technology requirements and strategies. They will work closely with our clients Technical Teams to deliver cost effective and innovative solutions to their clients’ technology issues.

Key Goals / Responsibilities:
• Identifying and contacting key decision makers within our existing customer base
• Developing and sustaining product knowledge
• Developing an understanding of the businesses services and solutions
• Understanding mobile technology requirements and the challenges faced by our customers
• Demonstrate personal knowledge of Mobile Technology trends and solutions
• Arranging webinars and face to face meetings for our Mobile Solutions Team
• Generating opportunities to provide proposals / quotations for customers • Maintaining a sales pipeline, prospect list and client database

Benefits:
• £20,000 Per Annum Salary + Commission (OTE £45k+)
• 21 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays
• ‘Income Protection Scheme’ & Death in Service Insurance after 1 year service
• Private Health Insurance Scheme after 5 years service

Career Progression subject to performance:
• After 3 months, successful candidates are promoted to Key Account Manager (salary increased to £21k)
• After 12 months, successful candidates are promoted to Team Leader (salary increased to £22k)
