What`s It All About?
As a Support Worker your role is to provide high quality child care practice, within the company`s model, across all residential homes. To support the Registered Home Manager to ensure that a therapeutic environment is developed in accordance with the Company's core values. To ensure efficient and effective service delivery with a view to supporting the positive development of the service and improved outcomes for every young person.

About You...
What we are really looking for is somebody who has the right core values and a person centred approach. The Ideal...
We would love for you to have an NVQ qualification for working with Children and Young people, this isn`t essential right now, but a commitment to obtain this is needed.

The Good Bit...
In return for all of your efforts we can offer a salary of between £14,500 and £17,100 Plus you get extra bonuses for sleeping over, paid at a rate of £40 per night! Progression opportunities are vast, so this role would suit somebody keen to progress quickly.
