Experienced Quantity Surveyor required for a well established regional medium sized contractor that specialise in design and build, new build and refurbishment The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on projects up to £5 Million in Value. Working in a range of sectors there projects include the residential, education, commercial, retail, health, leisure and public sectors. Great Quantity Surveying opportunity to work in East Sussex area.

With a growing demand, my client currently requires a Quantity Surveyor to work office based in their office in Eastbourne. Although you will be office based you will be require to travel to sites in the region. You will be working on a mixture of projects in all sectors up to £5 Million in Value but with the majority of projects being in the £1 - £3m range.

In order to be successful you will need:

- Have considerable work experience with a UK Main / Regional Contractor

- Have experience on working on projects in excess of £1 Million in value

- Preferably experience within the commercial, education and health care sectors

- Experience as Surveyor on a mixture of new build, design and build and refurbishment projects.

- Be Driven, a great communicator and strive to achieve
