Monitoring the internal network / devices
Backing up VOIP calls
Backing up the database and website
Resolving technical issues for employees
Looking and planning for potential issues with software / hardware
Monitoring / updating relative cases on the CRM system

Required Skills

Windows Desktop Support
Hardware / Software Troubleshooting
Ability to switch between tasks

Desired Skills

Office 365 Administration Experience
An understanding of Linux
Testing Experience
Accurate risk assessments of works to be carried out

You will be professional, articulate, friendly, enthusiastic, honest and engaging.
It is imperative that you are hardworking, ambitious, well organised and work in a structured manner.

You must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team, therefore you will need to demonstrate you can work unsupervised and use your own initiative
