In order to provide the highest level of care we need to ensure we recruit talented, competent and passionate carers. That’s where you come in!

We are currently recruiting for Senior Care Assistants in the Bolton area to provide support to vulnerable adults in the community, this will include tasks such as personal care, companion calls, domestic calls, and general welfare calls.

The position in question is a 10 hour position paying the listed higher rate of pay, with the remaining hours working as a care assistant supporting our services users across Bolton.

• Salary, £8.67-8.87 per hour

• Driver’s license is a must due to the nature of the position
• Excellent customer service skills both via telephone and in person
• Attention to detail is a must in this role to ensure you work towards company policies and procedures, ensuring the quality of care standard is consistent throughout our services.
• An NVQ Lv2 or above Health and Social Care is desirable, experience in the role is not essential as full training is provided but an enthusiastic and compassionate nature is a must.
Staff are required to work evenings and weekends due to the nature of the business and need to have availability between 7am-2pm or 3pm-11pm. We are looking for candidates who are able to commit to alternate weekends.

Successful candidates will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check shortly after being successful at interview the cost of this will be met by the applicant.

This role has an exception under the Equality Act 2010 as you must be aged 18 or over.

Experience is not essential as full, paid training and shadowing will be provided.
