Are you passionate about raising the standards and profile of the Care industry through work-based learning? Are you looking for a Trainee Care Assessor role where you will be given training and support to become an assessor?

As of one our Assessors you will be working across your allocated area, Cambs/Beds/Herts, having a base in the office alongside your colleagues and Area Manager. We expect that you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners and employers in their workplaces, which can range from residential care homes to domiciliary care in the community.

It is essential that you have experience of working within the adult Care industry to supervisory or management level. Experience gained within environments such as secure facilities and/or residential homes is needed, having worked with service users with learning disabilities or mental health conditions. You must hold minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Care.

The role is open to both qualified and unqualified Trainer Assessors. We offer a free and full induction and training package to all.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver, have access to your own vehicle and have the right to live and work in the UK.
