As guided by the Operation Manager (Lifts), ensure that all lifting equipment within properties managed by the Group are managed, serviced and repaired according to legislative and / or industry best practice requirements.

Undertake the day to day operational activities required to facilitate the management of the lift contracts such that it helps demonstrates active risk management.

Ensure all remedial actions resulting from surveys / risk assessments / works are evidenced as completed and that records are suitably updated.

Ensure all works / responsive repairs are addressed in line with service standards and meet all necessary regulatory / industry requirements, plans of works, etc..

Undertake site / works inspections in order to demonstrate quality assurance and the Group’s approach to active risk management.

Work with the Operational Compliance Team and other departments to ensure suitable procedures for gaining access to properties are adhered to.

Work with the Operational Compliance Team to ensure all aspects of compliance and audit are adhered to.

Assist the Operations Manager (Lifts) in monitoring spend against budget and forecast future spend / budget requirements.

Appropriately flag major works to the Operations Manager (Lifts) and assist in developing suitable referral information.
Work to, and understand, the Group’s health and safety management system and all relevant good practice guides and legislation.

Ensure that any contractors and consultants you work with have effective systems in place to monitor and manage health and safety on site and are in line with the Group’s Policy and Procedures
