Business Change PMO Analyst - £45,000 - £55,000

My client is a leading global bank with an extremely strong presence in Asia and Africa. They cover all areas of banking including; Retail, Corporate and Investment banking.

They recently entered the UK & European markets and after great success have expanded their operations across these markets. As a result of continual growth and business change, they have created and developed a central change management function to oversee a number of large scale critical change programmes across the bank and are currently seeking a PMO analyst from financial services to join this team and play a key role in the delivery of a number of business change projects.

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of PMO in the UK subsidiary and play a key role in overseeing the project governance, budget, controls and MI reporting for a number of work streams across the bank.

Requirements

* 3+ years PMO experience in FS
* Strong stakeholder management experience
* Strong skills in creating and maintaining projects, including; plans, risk and issue identification and management
* Waterfall and Agile Methodology
* Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience

* University degree - Preferably 2:1 or above
* Worked in a PMO function, ideally in business change
* Ability to create and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders
