Customer Service Advisor

£17,600 p.a

Full Time, Permanent

Based in Coventry, relocating to Hinkley in the coming months.

The Role:

* Promote excellent customer service, by offering constant service to all customers by following company procedures.
* Ensure all inbound and outbound calls/complaints and escalations are recorded and resolved.
* Communicate in a professional manner to all customers via email, telephone, letter or face to face.
* Pro-actively take on tasks from all social media reviews which require further attention.
* Ensure you have a full understanding of all complaints regarding communications within internal departments, which will benefit all customers.
* Liaise with all couriers in a respectful and professional way.

You will need to be able to communicate effectively, and show your ability to work under pressure. You will need to be computer literate, and be able to learn and develop within the existing team.

Hours: (Shift patterns)

* Monday to Friday: 8-8
* Saturday to Sunday: 9-6
