We are looking for a confident individual with experience in sales, specifically lead generation, to join a well-establish Financial Services Company in Swindon who are looking to expand their busy team.

You will be reporting in to the Customer Engagement Supervisor to undertake proactive outbound calls to existing Clients to ascertain whether they wish to discuss their requirements with an Advisor and where interested to proceed, to pass the Client to selected third party Advisor.

You will be working a 35 hour week and must be prepared to work a 7 hour shift between the hours of 9am-7pm depending on business needs.

Key Accountabilities:

- Discuss requirements/interest with the Client and hand over to qualified Financial Advisor
- Respond to any questions or issues from Financial Advisors in regards to a referred Client
- Handle inbound calls and ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Diary management and scheduling
- Update the in-house database to track activity and turnaround time
- Deal with customers across social media, email, live chat and telephone
- Promote the Company`s products or services where possible
- To ensure the best customer care experience is given to all Clients
- Achieve KPI`s whilst maintaining excellent quality
- Exercise skill and judgement to ascertain if the Client is interested and determine whether the Client is to be referred or not

Skills & Knowledge:

- Experience within a Customer Service centre dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
- Knowledge of Financial Services products and FCA guidelines
- Resilient with a professional and confident telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Demonstrate patience and be able to listen
- Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges
