A great role for a telephone business developer is available for a leading firm in their field. The role will see you convert warm leads from partner companies resulting in property sales. In addition to the incentive to do well with that, the successful hire will also be rewarded for referring business to other areas of organisation.

Base salary is up to £20,000 with earnings considerably higher.

You will be the initial contact for ALL leads generated and you will access to a vast database of client contacts. Given the nature of the business, all is phone based and therefore the hire will have experience and success in a telesales environment. In addition to this, you will need to have experience of selling properties.

With some telesales roles, there is an element of trying to sell something people clearly don’t wish to buy, however, this role is more about spreading the word to people who are in the market to buy property so half the job is done for you. You need to build the rapport, and gain commitment from the prospective client to speak with one of the consultants.

The successful hire will be held accountable for hitting activity and financial targets, and these are achievable. With that you can make the role your own and as your experience grows so will your earnings.
