Multi-skilled HVAC engineer - £28,000 - £32,000 - Manchester

This position is for a HVAC Engineer to work in and around Kent paying £28,000-£32,000 – Depending upon experience. There is as much overtime available as you like with a potential OTE of £31,000-37,000 plus more.

In this fantastic position you will have opportunity to work for an established successful and continuously growing company their workload rapidly growing.

This will be a HVAC Engineer position with experience in HVAC and Electrical engineering that will require you to undertake duties such as,

• To provide maintenance, service and repairs to various types of commercial units

• Undertake routine PPM's and reactive work in accordance with relevant legislation's

• To communicate with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors in order to , maintaining and developing excellent relationships

• Ensure all KPI/SLA targets are met or exceeded

• To carry out a variety of electrical works also

• Attend callouts/breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required

• Punctual site attendance and well presented promoting company values

• Install new plant equipment when required

• To work safety and follow company health and safety policies

You must have knowledge and understanding about the industry, having previous work experience in building services or facilities management maintenance. The successful candidate must have: Refrigeration gas handling FGAS, 17th Edition qualifications, and a Level 2 / NVQ 2 or completion of equivalent in Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration or installation and maintaining refrigeration systems.
