Loyalty and longevity are what they seek, with a low staff turnover, they're now expanding with this Technical Sales Executive role.

The Role
A unique position for a Technical Sales Executive to potentially move into a different path within a niche market. You will target key clients who have a bigger potential for spending but are currently using their competitors. Offering solutions to these clients, you will assist by offering clients solutions based on your knowledge of their business. Someone who has sold cutting tools or products and services into the engineering world would be best suited for this role.

Your focus will be to build and expand the client's products and services with long-term strategies. Albeit successful, the company's ambitious growth plans require a strategic approach, a hunter by nature who is used to working to high-value targets monthly. Account management of existing accounts with a view to growing profit margins whilst acquiring new business.

The Candidate
This is a unique role for a self-motivated sales individual with a desire to build their career within this niche market. Ideally, you will be from an engineering background - a background within an engineering niche would be ideal. Someone who has the drive and passion for succeeding, for hitting the ground running quickly and wants to top the sales division with this global company.

With a drive to succeed, solutions based sales position. You will be smart in your approach, market research, related marketing schemes, and referrals will be your key to success.

You will be well organised, driven and dedicated. This is a new business role, therefore strategy and approach to market will be key.
