Our client, management and leadership experts committed to learning, development and the HR industry, are recruiting for a Training Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

* To assist with the successful delivery of training programmes, consulting and coaching by ensuring all arrangements and logistics are set in place to ensure a smooth, efficient and seamless delivery.
* Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
* Ensure all training materials are kept current and updated in terms of relevance.
* Assistance in the research, design and testing of technology-led learning initiatives e.g. An App, online/e-learning, social learning communities.
* To communicate and liaise with all Associates and Coaches as required.
* Maintenance of and contribution to the website and all social media presence.
* Assisting with co-ordination, support, attendance and follow up at conferences and sales events - working with Sales Director.

Requirements:

* An interest, understanding or background in Learning & Development (L&D) Training.
* Experience of working in an administrative role.
* Ability to complete tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, using initiative in a developing and changing environment.
* Excellent computer skills - Windows Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word) Office 365 or Sharepoint if possible.
* Proactive customer delivery focus.
* Communication skills (written and verbal)
* Organisational / administrative skills / multi-tasking & prioritising skills.

This is a part time postiton located in Reading, working 3 days a week.
