Our client provides an executive and international car service, coaches, private jets, and a same-day, international and overnight courier service. Due to continued expansion they require an experienced Warranty Administrator to join them at their new premises based in Hayes, Middlesex.

Job Title and Location:

Warranty Administrator in Hayes.


Basic salary is up to £25,000 (dependent on experience).

Type of Role:

This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (no weekends).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Input of warranty claims to manufacturer or warranty company
- Check details on job cars and correct if necessary
- Submit warranty claims for payment
- Manage and report on warranty debtors
- Agree on amendments to rectify outstanding issues

Skills and Experience Required:

It is essential that you have current or recent experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator, Service Administrator or Service Advisor, live locally in the Hayes area, and have a stable career history.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate high CSI scores, achievement of sales objectives, clear and effective communication skills and a friendly but professional approach with customers.
