Position: Site Manager
Location: Central London
Package: Up to £60,000 plus benefits

My client, one of the most established and successful fit-out companies in the UK, are in need of a Site Manager based in central London. The role will offer a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits.

The company are the main contractor, providing fit out services across a variety of sectors, but this role will have a particular focus on projects in the Banking, Education and Commercial market valued up to £10,000,000.

The responsibilities for this role include:

- Responsible for the successful delivery of the project on site
- To lead, manage and co-ordinate the site team and all contractors working on site
- Accountable for the site administration, record keeping and reporting documents and be in charge of Health & Safety and the Welfare of the site team The Site Manage should have

Key Responsibilities:

- Needs experience of Cat A fit out projects
- Trade's background with extensive site management experience, or vocational/professional management qualification
- Current First Aid At Work qualification
- Strong Microsoft office skills and a detailed understanding of construction related Health and Safety Legislation and practice
