Senior Sales Executive (Amazing Blue Chip Co), Up to £50,000 Base + Bonus + Blue Chip Benefits.  Staines upon Thames

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and confident Business Development Executive to join our Regions team. This is a telephone based role, from our Head Office in the Staines area. The purpose of this role will ultimately be to qualify leads and make appointments for the sales team to visit potential new clients. 

Reporting to the Team Leader, this individual will be responsible for thoroughly exploring leads identified by the Networkers or Researchers, qualifying leads by making phone contact and when appropriate, book appointments for the sales team.

Main responsibilities

• Making telephone contact with these leads to qualify, and if appropriate make appointments for the sales team.

• Manage the future prospect bank by keeping the database up to date.

• Ensure that the architecture of the database is updated and observed.

• Put appointment packs together in the format for the sales team prior to client visits.

• Building relationships with the networkers and sales teams to gain feedback post appointments, and update the database with notes and diarise any future actions.

• Attend weekly internal review meetings to discuss ‘hot lists`. 

 Whats in your DNA?:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual, ideally with a background in commercial interiors, although this industry experience isn`t vital.

A strong ability to build internal and external relationships, both face to face and over the phone, is essential.

Successful candidates will have excellent telephone manner and a proven track record of making sales appointments leading to winning business.
