Business Development Manager (Secured Loans/Bridging Finance) - £24,000-£30,000 pa

Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm (No Weekends!)

Our client is an established lender operating within the secured loans, bridging and commercial finance sector. Exciting growth plans have resulted in the need to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive to increase their distribution with intermediaries (Mortgage Brokers/IFA's/ Finance Brokers & Loans Brokers).

What the role involves

ØBooking appointments & managing diaries where requested.

ØTo make sure all inbound enquires are dealt with within 48 hour of response

ØDealing with current pipelines and daily reports

ØKeeping targets at a 50% conversion from offer to completion

ØCompletion of loan costing sheets

ØMaking sure all information is correct from client/broker

ØMaking sure all applications (Complete) are with underwriters within 1 hour of receipt

ØTo contact Borrower/Broker within 24 hours of offer issued

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling Secured Loans / Mortgages / Other Finance Products (Bridging Finance)
