Our client is a multinational and globally recognised infrastructure and engineering consultancy, who are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team at their office near Bath due to recent growth within the Quantity Surveying division!

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work on a number of live projects across Somerset and the South West of England region. Covering various sectors including Education, Commercial (public and private), Residential and the Local Government, you will be given the opportunity to further progress your career within the profession to a senior role.

To be considered, you must have the following as minimum requirements:

* BSc / MSc degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
* MRICS preferable or working towards APC is an advantage
* 3-5 years of PQS experience - Building background
* Project Management experience
* Initiative to work as an individual and within a closely-knit team
* Excellent communication skills

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will get involved in a variety of key duties, with the core majority of the role consisting of Estimating, Cost Planning, Feasibility Studies from design stage, Cost Planning, Cost Monitoring and participate and complete the APC program to becoming Chartered.
