A leading engineering company is recruiting NOW for a permanent Sales & Engineering Administrator to from their Burton-on-Trent office. Attracting a salary of £22k-£24k you will be responsible for general office administration duties in this busy office environment.

Job Description

The Administrator will be responsible for the following:

- Preparation of Tenders
- Ensuring sales and proposals documentation filing is up to date
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Generate and modify Powerpoint presentations
- Organising accommodation for visitors/ engineers
- Covering reception where necessary
- General administration, typing etc

The Person

The successful candidate will:

- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be flexible with a willingness to undertake a variety of administration duties
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Previous administrative experience
