This is a rare opportunity to join an expanding, exciting, vibrant and fast paced ‘creative and commercial interiors design’ organisation, based in exceptional offices (with parking). In a pivotal role and working in support of the business development and marketing teams, you will be tasked with data collection and proactively researching prospective clients in order to provide new and validate existing information on the CRM database. High standards and service excellence are pre-requisites for every member of the team and key to their success.

The Remit
To work closely with the Business Development Managers, and Researchers and assist in generating leads for the Southern Region, researching companies, publications, the web and market intelligence etc to assist in the generation of project leads for our management team. You will manage a CRM database and use various avenues to conduct searches for information which will include (by way of example) the internet, social media, LinkedIn etc.

Main Responsibilities
This is not a sales job but you will work in support of our sales team and networks and undertake the following tasks:-
• Support the sales team through research with additional information on markets, business sectors and target opportunities to enable the organisation to be in pole position for future opportunities.
• Keep the CRM system up to date with market information, lead information, appointments made, and feedback after appointments have taken place
• Clarify and confirm addresses, contacts and email and phone numbers
• Try to find out more information about prospective clients (online, social media etc)
• Source the names of key ‘decision makers’
• Confirm the accuracy of the data we have to hand and on file

Applicant Requirements
• A team player with a helpful “can do” attitude
• High attention to detail, organised and practical approach to research
• Previous CRM database management experience
• Passion for information gathering, an enquiring mind and desire to complete each ‘puzzle’
• An outgoing personality
• This role is suitable for a recent graduate, or someone with relevant experience

About the Benefits
Annual starting salary of £23k - £27k. We offer 30 days leave inclusive of bank and statutory holidays, increasing with service, Life Assurance, Private Health Care, Pension, Income Protection and additional company group employee incentive schemes.
