Do you have experience working as a Site Manager on internal fit out projects? Randstad are pleased to be working alongside a fast developing contractor in Warrington.


* Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tender.
* Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated, and implemented within the contract.
* Ensure sites are staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
* Promoting and maintaining the core values of the contractor.
* Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings.


* First aid
* CSCS card
* Experience working in hospital environments / live environments

You will have experience in the construction industry and will be able to demonstrate and apply in practice your professional knowledge based on the construction related degree. You must have a hands-on approach, and an ability to work to deadlines. Also, you must be a good communicator, working well as a part of a team and being confident when participating in business meetings.

For your experience and expertise our client is offering a competitive salary of £22-£23 P/H.
