My client is a leading Fintech firm, who provide their technology platforms to the Financial Services domain. They are looking for 2 Client Services Analysts to join their fast-growing business based in Warwickshire. (30 minute train Journey from Birmingham Central)

ROLE: Client Services Analyst
SALARY: £18,000 - £25,000 + benefits (based on experience) 

As a Client Services Analyst you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a professional service and using your knowledge and expertise to answer and solve queries. You must have an excellent technical knowledge and interest in new media, technology and applications.

The role holder will take a more proactive approach with key external clients and have the ability to explain complex issues and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, whilst always ensuring the highest level of client care. The successful candidates will gain exposure to our clients leading Fintech product and trained on it’s use on both a functional and technical level.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
-Providing 1st and 2nd line support (dependent on product) for the company's software applications. 
-Logging details of each call or email received, prioritising the incidents, with the endeavor to provide first time resolution. 
-Taking Ownership for the progression of issues resolution during the incident lifecycle escalating as appropriate.
-This role has high customer service focus therefore strong written and verbal skills are required. 
-Support with Sales growth by delivering online webinars to new and prospective clients. (pre-sales)
-Maintain proactive communication with t existing client base to promote and deepen the client relationship.
