Hamlin Knight is delighted to be working alongside one of South Yorkshire's premier bespoke products business's in the recruitment of a Sales Office Supervisor for its busy site. Located in Barnsley, this vacancy is commutable from all areas of Barnsley as well as Sheffield, Rotherham and Wakefield. Due to the location and other elements of the role, it is essential that the ideal candidate needs to be a driver.

Due to continued success, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Office Supervisor. This role would suit an experienced B2B Sales professional looking for their first steps on the managerial ladder or an established Sales Office Supervisor who is still proactive within Sales/Account Manager but who also manages a team.

The role:
* Proactive B2B Sales/ Account Management of new/ existing clients
* Chasing leads and closing deals
* Visits to clients (occasional)
* Proactive contribution for exhibitions
* Management of a small but dedicated Sales Team
* Contributing to staff development through appraisals and training
* Coaching/ mentoring
* Assisting with the recruitment process (when required)

The Candidate:
* Solid B2B/B2C Sales experience
* Supervisory experience or Qualification
* 1x European Language (desirable)
* Customer Service specialist
* Passion for going the extra mile
* Experience with attending & assisting with tradeshows/exhibitions
