Client Sales Operations Lead is required for this global rapidly goring technology company whose head office is based in Andover, Hampshire.

This is a brand new role within the business where they are looking for the Client Sales Operations Lead to be responsible for the day to day management of new business close process from when they have been selected by a preferred provider to contract signature and handover delivery teams.

This is a unique role where this successful Client Sales Operations Lead will:

- Ensure pre-requisite materials are complete at point of handover from sales team to commercial team;
- Engaging with prospective customer and acting as point of contact for customer enquiries up to contract signature;
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure that the contract process runs smoothly and on time;
- Co-ordinating the information flow to the prospective customer during negotiation phase;
- Ensure all internal sign-offs for the customer agreement are obtained;
- Project Managing the contract sales process from preferred bidder stage to contract signing;
- Account Management of existing business – help maintaining sales customer database on key contract terms – including customer renewal dates;
- Developing and implementing a process improvement road map with implantation objectives and time frames;

The ideal Client Sales Operations Lead will have a technology background ideally within a global business within project management experience in a customer facing setting.
