Job Title: Contracts Manager - Central London

Salary: up to £90,000 plus package (£4,500 car allowance + standard healthcare and pension + travel expenses)

Our client, a tier one fit out company, is on the lookout for Contracts to work on exciting projects in central London that value up to £10 million.

The successful Contracts Manager:

* strong sense of leadership
* ability to plan and programme projects
* client facing
* design acumen
* strategic approach
* commercially aware
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent
* Strong contracts management background on fit out projects

Responsibilities:

* Control, management and co-ordination of all aspects of site projects
* Work closely with client to provide outstanding service
* Establishing financial control
* Co-ordination of suppliers and sub-contractors
* Liaison with the consultants
* Programme projects
