We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join a Software business who specialise in Conversion Rate Optimisation, based in London, as a Senior Business Development Manager.

THE ROLE:

The Senior Business Development Manager will have an existing portfolio of clients to bring to the table and to become part of an already experienced sales team.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Business Development Manager will include;

*

100% new business,
*

360 sales cycle
*

2 days working in the office, 3 days out meeting clients
*

Generating leads, qualifying and closing deals
*

Dealing with average order values of £100k
*

Dealing with high profile clients

THE PERSON:

Based in London, the ideal Senior Business Development Manager will have the following skills and experience;

*

5 years sales experience ideally technical services, selling a conceptual sell,
*

Must hold a full UK driving licence
*

Must be able to build rapport with new and existing clients
*

Must enjoy working under pressure in order to meet deadlines
*

Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively as part of a team
*

* 100% new business focus - Account Management skills not required
*

Dynamic, focused and with a clear will to succeed
*

A disciplined approach to Time and Pipeline management
*

Ideally a graduate who can demonstrate significant experience of pure new business backed up by a track record of results.
*

Experience selling into the digital marketing industry
*

Experience of selling SaaS
*

Ability to present a business case numerically where required
*

A desire to work within a dynamic, agile environment with maximum exposure to Senior Management within top brands
*

Knowledge of Salesforce

Your Duties:

*

Take ownership of new business revenues across a defined set of prospects
*

Taking responsibility for each sale, from lead generation through to close
*

The production of high quality documentation to support the sales cycle, including a numerical business case where applicable
*

The continual development of product, industry and competitor knowledge to ensure a 'value-add' sales approach
*
