My client is looking for a Client Service Representative to join their Post Sale Services team.

Duties will include:

• Providing exceptional client service on the counter in respect of all post sale activities

• Issuing post-sale output at the counter – including

o invoices for purchases

o invoices for unsold property

o shipping quotes/shipping invoices

o interest and storage charges

• Issuing "Merchandise in Baggage" paperwork and accepting shipping instructions, plus requesting and communicating customised shipping quotes

• Processing and allocating clients payments to their accounts

• Daily processing of payments relating to the Café and Catalogue Desks

• Authorising the financial release of property

• Escalating client queries (payment and shipping related) through to the relevant Post Sale Manager

• Answering phones in respect of any internal queries

• Document management

• To provide Post Sale Administration support on an ad-hoc basis as and when required (e.g. to cover in the absence of Post Sale Administrator if necessary), including quote processing, payment posting & banking, issuing output and VAT refunds

Skills / Competencies / Experience:

• Excellent client service skills.

• Calm demeanour, especially under pressure

• Well presented with a friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming disposition

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• A second European language is desirable

• Good numeracy skills. Experience with basic bookkeeping is an advantage.

• Logical and practical thinking, with excellent resourcefulness and problem solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and to partner with colleagues

• Prior experience with SAP is a ‘nice to have', but must be computer literate
