Love Success are working with a membership organisation near Old Street to recruit a Venue Manager on a fixed term contract to cover maternity.
This membership organisation host hundreds of events every year for their members. The Venue Manager will ensure all events are seamlessly booked, coordinated and delivered to ensure a positive customer experience
Working on a shift pattern of is 8am-4pm or 9am-6pm, the Venue Manager will: manage the corporate reception and venue ensuring all visitors and callers experience a professional and positive customer service experience. They will be responsible for all administration and increase external venue bookings and will oversee the hire of all meeting rooms and venue management, working in full collaboration with the Facilities and Events Teams, to ensure the successful operational delivery of all venue hires and events.
The ideal candidate will have experience of; managing a corporate reception or venue along with events coordination / management experience.
