A Scheduling Administrator is required by a fast-growing construction business to work within the maintenance division.

You will take responsibility for scheduling the work of the company`s maintenance team, using the new CRM system, dispatching and scheduling work orders. You will take customer calls and respond to their emails, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. In addition, you will be responsible for all administration associated with scheduling work, whilst also regularly liaising with the maintenance team to ensure get updates on progress and keep them informed of their schedule of work.

You will have previous experience of scheduling administration and will possess excellent IT skills (MS Word and Excel). Strong communication skills and a confident nature are also essential
