Dean Healthcare are currently recruiting a Service Manager, for one of our well-established clients in Swindon.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Service Manager to join a fantastic company, who support individuals who experience mental illness, or for someone who has experience as a Senior, looking to go into a Service Manager role.
You will be reporting to the CQC Registered Manager. You will be working across three services, in Swindon, who provide residential support to their 21 service users.
You will report to the Registered Manager.

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience, ideally within mental health.
You will have previously had experience with staff supervisions.

About you:
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Hold a clean UK Drivers license and the have use of a car.
• Experience with staff supervisions.
• You will be flexible.
• You will come from a health and social care background.

As a Service Manager, your role will include, but not be limited to:
• Lead and develop teams in delivering person centred care.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, by all staff, always.
• Actively contribute to the company vision, mission and value.
• Strengthen local relationships with key stakeholders.
• Take on an active leadership role.
• Support the implementation of change, best practice and continuous improvement.
• Lead the implementation of enhancements to your services.
• Taking part in the local on-call rota, for Wiltshire and Weymouth, this will be 5 or 6 times per month.

The salary for this role is £25,690 to £28,879 per annum, dependant on experience
