As a key part of our new Customer Strategy function, this role will support the delivery of the operational plan for existing customer Renewals and Retention.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring renewal performance and identifying trends
  • Support the delivery of key operational plans across our Retention campaigns
  • Ensure that key regulation is adhered to
  • Work collaboratively with other teams ensuring that they have the correct products available
  • Provide weekly updates to internal stakeholders highlighting trends and insights

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Drive to deliver on all targets, both customer and commercial
  • Be able to build effective relationships across all levels and business functions
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong MS Office skillset
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • A degree (or equivalent level) qualification
