We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to join our growing team.

Based in central London you will play an important part in supporting our diverse range of clients. As well as supporting end-users on site, you will also be answering calls and providing support remotely. You will also be regularly working on sites in Oxfordshire - therefore you should be happy to travel.

You must be able to think on your feet and provide a great customer service and an assuring presence. Most importantly you will need great communication skills.

You should have at least 1 years’ experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and PC building within a corporate environment.

Main roles:

  • Providing onsite 1st line support
  • Working at customer sites as required
  • Proactive desktop monitoring
  • Daily checks
  • Hardware installation and maintenance
  • Provide out of hours support where required

Salary is subject to experience.
