Business Development Manager – HR/Recruitment Software
30-35k Base, 60-70k OTE + Benefits
Our client is a leading global supplier of Recruitment Management Software Solutions. Through offering a highly functional and bespoke applicant tracking, talent management and workflow solution, our client is recognised globally for their multi discipline software that can be scaled form start-up though to large multinational users. Due to continued demand for their software solutions they now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to cover the UK from a Brentwood, Essex office.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Be split between generating new business revenue streams and up-selling/cross-selling our client’s portfolio of solutions into won accounts
- Work with sales cycles that are generally in the 3-6 month region and offer high average order values
- Focus purely on selling into the HR and recruitment sectors
The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience gained selling software, technology, digital solutions or working within a new business focused recruitment role
- Be consultative and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first class communication and presentation skills
- Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the earning potential is truly unlimited
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 30-35k with an uncapped OTE of 60-70k plus additional and generous benefits.
