Person Specification for SEN Teaching Assistant
You will need to be an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is looking for an exciting change or a calm and inventive graduate who has already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children and an infectious love for learning. As a SEN Teaching Assistant you should have an empathetic side to you that is sensitive to the needs of all pupils.
