This company is a specialist Fire Risk team based in North London. Their clients are market leaders in real estate and they manage their social housing portfolios. Due to rapid growth over the last two years they need more senior fire risk assessors like you to join their team.

Applicants will have:

- Experience of residential fire risk assessment (especially in high-rise, converted, sheltered, supported or care premises).
- Working knowledge of general building construction and regulations.
- A sound knowledge of the principles of fire safety, associated legislation and codes.
- Experience of managing / mentoring would be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work from home flexibly, and be available for meetings and training in their central London office as required.
