Science Trainee Teacher

Premier Pathways is a 2 year, classroom based, Teacher Training programme. Giving you the chance to slowly develop your skills, gradually taking on more responsibility.
This route allows you to earn a salary while you train while also avoiding those horrid PGCE fees.
Upon completion, walk away with a PGCE and QTS ready to teach as a NQT!

If you are a hard-working individual passionate about science then this opportunity could be yours! You could be specialized in Physic, Chemistry or Biology or have a more general approach.

The programme would start in a support based capacity, gradually taking on more responsibility. By the end of the programme you would be on a full teaching timetable as a Science Trainee Teacher, having slowly built your confidence preparing you for your first year as a qualified teacher.

This route also provides you with a PGCE, for this you will hold a second placement as a Science Trainee Teacher at another school in a completely different environment for 3 weeks in year two. All PGCE work is completed online making progress easy to track and monitor.
