Highly recommended multi-disciplinary residential care service requires a Deputy Manager based in the London region. Fantastic salary up to £38,000, employee benefits and career progression on offer. Non-nursing role.

My client is a leading national care provider for adults and older people with a fantastic reputation for delivering extremely high care standards.

The service in question is a 57 bed multi-disciplinary care home offering care to adults with a variety of conditions including Dementia, physical disability, sensory impairment and Alzheimer's. The home offers a variety of support including personalised long term care and short term packages.

I am looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious Deputy Manager within dementia or residential care homes who wants their next role to be varied, rewarding and challenging.

The Deputy Manager must have

* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management (or be willing to work towards)
* Experience in a managerial role within a large residential care home
* Track record undertaking duties such as staff rota's, training, appraisals and supervisions
* Strong team management skills
* Passion for working with older persons and vulnerable adults
