This leading specialist in the design and manufacture of Mechanical Seals and Support Systems is looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator.

The main purpose of the role is to work as part of a dedicated team as the first point of contact for a portfolio of customers, providing them with first class customer service at all times and co-ordinating enquiries and orders with internal departments to ensure problem free customer service.

Principal Accountabilities
- Direct responsibility for coordinating a list of UK and overseas customers to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Ensure that all customer orders and enquiries are actioned promptly providing feedback to customers on expected ship dates, quotes and any other enquiries raised to maintain exceptional customer service
- Participate in project work when required, communicating technical details between colleagues and customers to maintain exceptional customer service
- Ensure that if problems arise, prompt and effective corrective action is taken to ensure a satisfactory conclusion is reached for all parties
- Actively participate in ensuring company performance measures are met, in particular those related to service levels
- Provide cover for the reception area when required dealing with visitors face to face presenting a professional environment at all times.

It is essential you have a GCSE pass or equivalent, in English and Mathematics. It is also essential you are fluent in Spanish and English (both written and oral).

It would be desirable, but not essential, to have an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. An additional language to Spanish and English, such as French, would also be extremely beneficial.

You must also have the following skills and/or knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator both written and oral
- Exceptional and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
- IT Literate
- Competent in the use of MS Office packages
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of administration duties
- Experience within a customer facing role (preferably in a busy commercial environment)
