While this post is suitable for someone considering their first college management post, applicants must already have demonstrated and be able to evidence leadership potential in their current post. Candidates with experience of leading a team will be required to evidence a successful track record in achieving positive outcomes for students through a team

You will be able to work as part of the team or individually and have good interpersonal skills.
