Full Time
This is an opportunity to join a content production company; a close-knit troupe of video production specialists who work together and collaborate with agencies, labels, brands and broadcasters to consult, create and deliver effective video content that's politely stuffed into people's eyes and ears.

In the 3 years that we've been (professionally) arising around with cameras, we've made friends with big brands like BT, H&M and Yamaha whilst helping them to communicate their messages to the world, had the pleasure of delivering TV and online campaigns for a plethora of businesses and charities, and stretched our creative muscles by crafting beautiful music videos with some crazy-talented signed and unsigned artists.

- Assist the production team with managing all aspects of planning and organising on a variety of shoots, sometimes in the UK, sometimes abroad.
- You'll be booking crew, kit and locations, figuring out the logistics of travel and accommodation, preparing call sheets, risk assessments, insurance cover and anything else that needs sorting!
- You'll be coordinating the status of all current projects on our project management platform and ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
- You'll assist the MD with the invoicing and payment process, keeping track of project budgets and ensuring all necessary payments to suppliers are made in a timely and accurate fashion.
- You'll get stuck in with day-to-day company administration

This is a junior role with a lot of responsibility, but as the company grows, we would expect you to transition into a more senior role such as Producer or 1st AD.

- You're all about organisation.
- Numbers are your friends and you're financially literate.
- You can write concisely and with a strong voice, without typo or delay.
- You have an insatiable curiosity and lust for knowledge about all things video, web and social.

- At least a year of experience in an administrative/organisational role.
- You'll need to be numerate and financially literate.
- You're a master of Google Apps (Docs and Sheets) and Microsoft Office, with an ability to quickly learn new software and processes.
- A full driver's license. You'll need to be able to travel at short notice.

We're offering a £16.8k basic salary, a brand new Macbook, the equivalent of 28 days paid holiday per year and free pizza thanks to a little deal we've got going on with our local pizzeria, Pizza Pronto. We'll also contribute to a pension scheme.

We're also pretty flexible here in terms of hours. Due to the nature of what we do, however, you'll be expected to work some evenings and weekends, as well as short periods away from home.

You can expect to have time set aside for personal development, access to the latest technology, be sent to courses and conferences.

Convince us why we should hire you. Send an email with your CV, relevant examples of projects you've worked on.
