Head of Marketing
We are a rapidly expanding family of start-ups, looking for a dynamic and energetic Head of Marketing to develop strategy, run campaigns and lead our new and innovative products to market.
Over the last five years, we have successfully established ourselves at the forefront of combining software development and legal expertise to bring modern and pioneering tools to the legal community. In the last year alone, we have more than doubled in size (with no signs of slowing down), now reaching beyond the domestic market and out to Asia and Australasia. We have also been working hard on building more products. As those products move through the pipeline from development to launch, we are seeking a professional to join us in managing our marketing activity, reaching out to target audiences, optimising engagement and acquiring / retaining clients.
This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced and confident marketing strategist and general all-rounder to join a highly talented and driven team at an exciting time.
Have proven experience in:
- B2B and B2C marketing
- Digital marketing
- PR (media and advertising)
- Content marketing
- Direct marketing
Take lead responsibility for project management, developing and leading systematic marketing and PR strategies aligned with product roadmaps and releases.
Prepare and report against budgets, providing analysis of cost effectiveness of campaigns.
Deep dive into potential markets, engaging and harnessing opportunity, providing insight, monitoring market and industry trends.
Deliver on marketing strategy to meet short-, medium- and long-term business goals.
Be a creative thinker and highly motivated.
Salary is circa £40,000, depending on experience.
